Shipping and Taxes

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over JPY 15,000.
  • We primarily ship via DHL Express. If DHL service is unavailable in your area, we will use Japan Post as an alternative.
  • Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 5 days to 4 weeks, depending on the shipping method and destination.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, local regulations, and the shipping carrier.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Import Duties and Taxes

  • Our international shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms.
  • This means that import duties, VAT (value-added tax), customs duties, clearance fees, and any other import-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. As we are unable to estimate or collect these fees in advance, we kindly ask customers to check their local import regulations before placing an order.
  • If a shipment is returned due to refusal to pay import duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, customs charges, taxes, and any other related fees, in accordance with our return policy.

Additional Information

  • Japanese consumption tax (10%) is applied only to orders shipped to addresses within Japan.
  • Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only.
  • If the billing address and shipping address are different, separate invoices may be issued.
  • Once a shipment has left Japan, we are unable to take responsibility for delivery delays or customs procedures within the destination country. For delivery-related inquiries after dispatch, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • Shipping insurance is not included as standard. If you would like to use DHL shipping insurance, please leave a note when placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply, and we will contact you before processing your order if necessary.
