Shipping and Taxes
- The shipping fee is depedant upon weight of order, as well as destination.
- Free shipping will apply to purchases over 15,000 yen.
Shipping providers we use : DHL
When the destination is not covered by DHL, we use Post Service as an alternative.
NOTES
- Price does not include VAT and customs fees. Payment of tax and duties will be charged to the client by transport company when the package arrives.
- Please note that if a shipment is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs, applicable taxes, customs charges, and any other related fees, in accordance with our return policy.

- The Japanese consumer tax(10%) is added to domestic orders shipped to an address within Japan.
- Delivery destination is limited to one address.
- Separate invoices may be sent if the billing address and delivered address are different.
- Delivery estimations are dependent on transport companies and your country regulateions.
Once your order has shipped, a shipment notification will be sent via email.
Any inquiries should be with the transport company directly, we can not make responsibility for deliveries within your country or after left japan. - Should you need the DHL shipping service with shipping insurance,
please leave a request memo on your order because the shipping rate may vary.
We will contact you when the shipping rate needs to be modified.
